For a refund
Customers with in United Kingdom can return the item for a refund or exchange with in 7 working days of receipt of Product.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable courier, Most major carriers offer tracking information.
Refunds are for the product price at the time of purchase only and Postage is non-refundable.
Please beware that due to health and safety measures we will NOT accept any product that has been removed from the original packaging and is in a used/worn state.
Important Note:
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will process the refund with in 24-48 hours. Please allow 5-7 working days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
